• No returns will be accepted without return authorization. Please email help@beiterbatteries.com to receive return authorization.
• Shipments made in error by Beiter Battery will be recalled at Beiter Battery's expense.
• Beiter Battery will only accept product purchased from Beiter Battery.
• No returns will be accepted back by Beiter Battery after 30 days from the Beiter Battery invoice date, for any reason.
• Defective returns are eligible for return only within 1 year of sale to the retail consumer.
• Defective returns are for replacement, merchandise credit or credit back to the original credit card.
  
  

• All orders shipped F.O.B. Lake Worth, FL, unless otherwise offered/stated. Once any shipment is released to carrier, any damages become the responsibility of that carrier. All claims must be made by the customer directly with freight carrier and should be reported as soon as possible.
• Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from Beiter Battery.
• All claims for damage / pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier within 7 days of receipt. Beiter Battery cannot file this for you.
• Save all boxes & packing material for damage inspection by carrier.
• All claims for shortages / mis-shipments / mis-billings must be made within 10 days of receipt.
• All orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt of order.
• All freight charges are subject to dimensional / oversize carrier weight regulations.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
• Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restock fee.
• All in-stock items are shipped at time of order, out-of-stock items are back ordered.
• Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower.
• Backordered shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.
